Deco bubbles do not have self-sealing valves to seal the balloon. Manufacturer suggests twisting and wrapping ribbon around the stem to hold in air/helium.
Do not use balloon shine or hi float with bubbles.
Confetti dots are painted on the balloon, does not contain loose confetti.
